Coleman, a co-captain, has been the defensive anchor all season and helped the Jumbos earn their 16th and 17th shutouts of the season, to win their first- ever NESCAC title. The Jumbo defense only allowed four shots on goal, which was due in large part to Coleman’s solid play along the back line. Tufts’ defense, led by Coleman, has surrendered just one goal this season. A target on set pieces, he also matchup problems on the offensive end of the field.

Wood scored a career-best three goals in a 4-3 NESCAC Quarterfinal win at No. 2 Amherst. Wood’s goal in the 85th minute was the game-winner as the Continentals rallied from two goals down early in the second half. He also scored in the 62nd and 75th minutes. Hamilton posted its first win against the Mammoths and advanced to the NESCAC Semifinals for the second year in a row.

Van Siclen posted a pair of NESCAC shutouts last weekend, helping the Polar Bears clinch a home quarterfinal game for the upcoming conference tournament. Van Siclen stopped nine shots, including several late in the second half, to help preserve a 1-0 win over Colby. He followed up with five-save performance in a double-overtime scoreless draw against Connecticut College. Van Siclen holds Bowdoin’s all-time record with 24 career shutouts.

In the lone game of the week for Colby, Rosenberg had a hand in both goals in the Mules’ 2-1 double-overtime win over Amherst, their first win over the Mammoths in 20 years. He scored The Mules had last beat Amherst by a 3-2 score in 1997 on a goal with just 11 seconds left.

Manoogian helped Connecticut College remain unbeaten on the season. He netted the eventual game-winning goal in the Camels’ 2-0 win over Eastern Connecticut before scoring an insurance goal in the team’s 3-1 win over Bates. Manoogian leads all NESCAC players in goals (7) and points (15) this season.

Martinez-Paiz recorded five points on two goals and an assist in a 2-0 week for the Cardinals. He netted the game-winning tally in the 26th minute in a 2-0 win over Vassar and added a goal and an assist in a 4-2 win over Bates. He leads the Cardinals in goals (2), assists (2) and points (6).

Sass scored both game-winning goals in a pair of NESCAC victories last week for the Panthers. After scoring the game’s lone goal in a 1-0 win at Amherst, he struck for the game winner in the 54th minute in a 1-0 victory over Hamilton.

Marcucci helped lead Connecticut College to a perfect 2-0 week to begin the 2017 campaign. He made 11 saves, including several from point-blank range, in the Camels’ 2-1 win at Middlebury. Helping the Camel’s defeat Middlebury for the first time since 1992 and snapping an 18-match winless streak against the Panthers. He held Mitchell scoreless in the 67 minutes he saw action in net in a win for the Camels.
